Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is misprinted, damaged, or does not match the order details.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care items
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Opened media (CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl records)
- Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you by email that we’ve received your return and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company – processing may take time.
- Contact your bank.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at [email protected]
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver:
- We’ll issue the refund to the gift giver, who will then be notified of the return.
Shipping
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
