Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is misprinted, damaged, or does not match the order details.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care items

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Opened media (CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl records)
  • Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you by email that we’ve received your return and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company – processing may take time.
  3. Contact your bank.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at [email protected]

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver:

  • We’ll issue the refund to the gift giver, who will then be notified of the return.

Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
